Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hot milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

Beat eggs until thick.
Gradually add sugar and beat some more.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Heat milk to boiling.
Add butter, vanilla, egg mixture.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
This will be a thin batter.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
