Spicy Nutmeg Cake

The nutmeg cake is an easy to prepare microwaved dessert cake. Baked with flour, sugar, eggs, sour cream and nuts, the nutmeg cake is also flavored with a little nutmeg. The nutmeg cake can be served with nut sauce.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Ground nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
Directions

Grease oblong baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches.
Mix flour, brown sugar and margarine until crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup of the mixture for topping.
Stir sour cream, egg, nutmeg and baking soda into remaining crumb mixture just until moist ened.
Spread evenly in baking dish; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture and the nuts.
Microwave uncovered 5 minutes; turn dish one half turn.
Microwave until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean, 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes cool thoroughly.
