Orange Glazed Cake

Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Double acting baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Grated orange rind 1 Tablespoon (1 Orange)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rum 12 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 3 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 5 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix flour, baking powder and salt together.
Add butter and sugar and beat in the 2 eggs.
Add vanilla and orange rind.
Pour milk slowly and beat vigorously until all ingredients are well mixed.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Let it cool.
In a frying pan, pour 3 tbs.orange juice, the rum, butter and sugar.
Fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Spread this glaze over the cake,garnish and serve.
