|Sweet cider||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs) (Lukewarm)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Unsweetened applesauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whole grain flour||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Mixed)|
|Dates||1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted and chopped|
|Nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground allspice||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Teaspoon|
Soften yeast in Cider.
Mix honey, oil, egg and applesauce and combine with softened yeast.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add rest of ingredients.
Turn into oiled loaf pan.
Set in warm place to rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350Â° F. for 45 to 55 minutes.
