Oatmeal Cake is a mouth watering baked recipe. I am sure this tasty and irresistible dish will get you a lot of compliments!
Ingredients
  Quick oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  White sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄4 (Half Stick)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity Enough To Make Topping Spreadable)
Directions

Mix oats and boiling water.
Let stand while mixing rest of ingredients together.
Cream both sugars with margarine; add eggs.
Add the rest of the ingredients, including the oats.
Mix well and bake at 325 degrees (glass pan) or 350 degrees (metal pan).
Use a 13x9" pan.
