|Frozen spinach||10 Ounce, cooked (1 package)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Italian seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Add milk to cooked rice; mix.
Add cooked and drained spinach, beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil and the rest of the seasonings.
Pour into a 13" x 9" pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
Cut into serving pieces when ready to serve.
Can be served hot or cold.
