Shrimp Cakes

Ingredients
  Raw shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, shelled and deveined
  Flounder fillet/Pike fillet 1 Pound
  Blanched almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bacon slices 2
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Grind or chop together the shrimp, fish, almonds, and bacon.
Blend in the salt, soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon oil.
Shape the mixture into flat patties, using 2 tablespoons to each.
Heat remaining oil in a skillet and fry the patties until browned on both sides.
