Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped or ready diced
  Yellow cake mix/White cake mix 15 Ounce (1 Loaf Sized)
  Orange filling 1
Directions

Melt butter in an 8x8x2 inch pan; spread over bottom and sprinkle with sugar, then with almonds.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Carefully pour the batter over the nuts.
Bake in moderate oven (375°) 25 to 30 minutes.
Invert on rack and cool.
Split cake into 2 layers; spread cooled Orange Filling between.
