Plum Cake

Plum Cake is an easy to prepare dessert which you will simply love. I bet, you will surely get a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
  Self-rising flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plum baby food 8 1⁄2 Ounce (Two 4.75 Ounce Jar)
  Cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients together; DO NOT USE electric mixer.
Stir as little as possible, just until well blended.
Bake in greased and floured tube or bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Test at 50 minutes.
Remove from pan after 5 minutes.
No frosting is needed.
Great for lunch boxes, picnics & teas.
