Grilled Strawberry Maple Shortcake
|Low fat pound cake||1 , cut into 8 slices|
|Maple syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs), cleaned and sliced|
|Whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Non fat cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the pound cake slices in the grill and brush with the maple syrup.
Grill for 3-5 minutes, until the cake is toasted and completely warm.
Put the slices on individual plates, top with strawberries and cover with whipped topping.
