|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chocolate chips/Butterscotch / mint chocolate chips||50 Gram|
|Salt||To Taste (Few Grains)|
Turn oven to 350 degrees.
Beat egg whites with salt.
Add sugar gradually.
Beat until very stiff.
Fold in chips.
Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet.
These stay in the shape you put them in.
By this time, the oven should be heated to 350 degrees.
Put kisses in oven.
Turn the oven off and leave in overnight.
For variations, color the meringues.
When using mint chocolate chips, color meringues green (3 drops).
Butterscotch chips go well with meringues colored pink (3 drops).
