Ingredients
  Eggs 5 , separated
  Honey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole grain bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fine)
  Wheat germ 3 Tablespoon
  Clove 1 Pinch, ground
  Mace 1 Pinch, ground
  Lemon 1 , rind grated
Directions

Beat egg yolks with honey.
Add rest of ingredients.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Turn into well-oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 300° F., about 1 1/2 hours.
