Bourbon Fruit Cookies

Ingredients
  Candied cherries 1 Pound
  Candied pineapple 1 Pound, chopped
  Pecan halves 1 Pound, chopped
  Golden raisins 15 Ounce
  All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs), divided
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Bourbon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine cherries, pineapple, pecans, raisins, and 1/2 cup flour, toss well to coat.
Set aside.
Combine remaining flour, soda, and spices, set aside.
Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, and beat well.
Add dry ingredients, bourbon, and milk, mix well.
Stir in fruit mixture.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 300° for 20 minutes.
