Microwaved Cherry Brownie Pudding Cake
|Unsweetened chocolate||2 Ounce|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned cherry pie filling||21 Ounce|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Microwave chocolate and 1/4 cup margarine un covered in bowl until melted, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes .
Beat in sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Stir in 1 cup of the pie filling, the flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir together remaining pie filling, the water and 2 tablespoons margarine in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Microwave un covered until margarine is melted, 1 to 2 minutes; stir.
Spoon brownie mixture over cherries.
Micro wave uncovered 10 minutes; turn dish one quarterturn.
Microwave until top springs back when touched lightly, 4 to 5 minutes.
(Topping will look moist.)
