Ingredients
  Unbleached flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mixed chopped pecans 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Apple sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a food processor blend all the ingredients to make light and fluffy cake batter. Line a baking tray with parchment paper on bottom. Pour the batter in the tray. Put the tray inside the preheated oven at 375F, bake for 35-45 mins.
