|Dates||1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted|
|Sweet cider||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soybeans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roasted and ground|
|Mixed dried fruits||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Figs, Apricots, Apples, Nectarines, Prunes)|
|Seedless raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Grind all ingredients.
Press firmly into loaf pan.
Chill for 2 days.
Slice thin to serve.
