Ingredients
  Whole grain bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dates 1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted
  Sweet cider 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soybeans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roasted and ground
  Mixed dried fruits 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Figs, Apricots, Apples, Nectarines, Prunes)
  Seedless raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Grind all ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Press firmly into loaf pan.
Chill for 2 days.
Unmold.
Slice thin to serve.
