Wheat Germ Cake Loaf

Ingredients
  Cake/1 tablespoon dried yeast 1
  Sweet cider 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Lukewarm)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Soy flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Rice polishings 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Bran 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Saved From Sifting Whole Wheat Flour)
  Wheat germ 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Unsweetened orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Soften cake or dried yeast in cider.
Add honey and salt Let mixture stand for 20 minutes.
Then add rest of ingredients, adding only enough orange juice to make stiff batter.
Turn into oiled loaf pan lined with wax paper.
Let rise in warm place for 1 hour.
Bake at 325° F. for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
