Bean Lentil Croquettes

|Beans||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and pureed|
|Lentils||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and pureed|
|Grits||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soaked in 0.5 cup stock|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Soybeans||1 Tablespoon, roasted and ground|
Blend all ingredients except egg mixture and soybeans.
Shape into croquettes.
Dip in egg batter and roll in soybeans.
Brush with oil and broil, turning a few times to brown on all sides.
