Bean Lentil Croquettes

Ingredients
  Beans 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and pureed
  Lentils 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and pureed
  Grits 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soaked in 0.5 cup stock
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Chervil 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Soybeans 1 Tablespoon, roasted and ground
Directions

Blend all ingredients except egg mixture and soybeans.
Shape into croquettes.
Dip in egg batter and roll in soybeans.
Brush with oil and broil, turning a few times to brown on all sides.
