Molasses Snack Cake

|Molasses||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||2 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Combine egg, molasses, and water, stir well.
Combine 1/4 cup flour and raisins, tossing well, set aside.
Combine 2 cups flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger, stir into molasses mixture.
Add raisin mixture and oil, mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan, bake at 350Â° for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
