Chocolate Lovers' Cake
|Whole wheat flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cocoa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking soda||3 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Buttermilk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chocolate butter icing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In the Bosch bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs, and add buttermilk, cooking oil, and vanilla.
Stir together, and then add to the dry ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Add the hot water last, and mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13inch baking dish, and bake in a 350Â° F. oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
When completely cool, frost with Chocolate Butter Icing.
