|Green pepper||To Taste, cut into strips|
|Corn muffin mix||9 Ounce|
|Beef chili with beans||1 Pound|
Place half the green pepper strips in the bottom of a greased 8-inch square cake pan.
Prepare corn muffin mix as directed and pour over pepper strips.
Bake as directed.
Slice combread in two layers, spoon half of hot chili on bottom layer, cover with second layer.
Spoon remaining chili on top layer and garnish with remaining strips of green pepper.
