High Sour Cream Cake

Ingredients
  Chocolate cake mix 1 (white, chocolate or yellow (2 layer size))
  Eggs 3
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients and beat with electric mixer 2 minutes.
Pour into a 10-inch greased tube pan and bake 45 minutes at 350° F.
Frost with ready-to-eat lemon frosting.
