Golden Fruit Loaf

Ingredients
  Hot roll mix 16 Ounce
  Warm water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Dried fruit 3 Ounce
  Water 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions, using the warm water, the 2 tablespoons margarine, and egg.
Cover; let rest 5 minutes.
Press dough into a 12x8-inch rectangle.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Brush dough with the 1 tablespoon melted margarine; sprinkle with brown sugar mixture.
Sprinkle with the dried fruit bits.
Roll up dough tightly, beginning at short end.
Seal seam and ends.
Place dough, seam side down, in a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Cover; let rise in a warm place till double (about 45 minutes).
Combine beaten egg and the 1 tablespoon water; brush over top of loaf.
Place loaf pan in center of the cooking grill.
Grill about 40 minutes or till bread is golden and tests done.
Remove bread from pan; cool on a wire rack.
Serve at room temperature.
