You'll simple love this Flaming Angel Cake recipe. A rare combination of apricot preserve and rum; I bet, you would love to prepare this recipe again and again.
Ingredients
  Angel food cake mix 15 Ounce
  Apricot preserves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rum 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Prepare 1 (15-oz.) pkg. angel food cake mix according to directions, bake and cool.
Turn cooled cake onto serving plate.
Combine 1 cup apricot preserves and 1/4 cup of the rum in a small saucepan.
Heat gently, stirring constantly to blend well.
Spoon sauce over cake.
Heat remaining 1/4 cup rum, ignite and pour, flaming, over cake.
