|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Pastry flour||7⁄8 Cup (14 tbs)|
|Hot water||3⁄8 Cup (6 tbs)|
|Lemon extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Make like Four Egg Sponge Cake, adding hot water when half of sugar has been beaten into egg yolks.
Bake at 320Â° F. for 25 to 40 min., depending on shape of pan.
