Applesauce Loaf Cake

Ingredients
  Raw honey/Maple syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unrefined corn germ oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Whole wheat flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thick applesauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Beat the honey, oil, and egg together.
Sift together and add the flour and spices.
Lightly stir in raisins, nuts, and applesauce.
Spoon the batter into an oiled 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
