|Frozen puff pastry shells||10 Ounce|
|Mincemeat||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||(as required)|
Defrost 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen puff pastry shells.
Roll each one into a 4x8-inch oblong.
Cut in half to form two 4x4-inch squares.
Place 1 teaspoon mincemeat in center of each.
Moisten edges of dough and fold over to enclose filling completely.
Roll in granulated sugar.
Cut three small diagonal slashes on surface of each.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400Â° for 15 to 20 minutes.
