Flourless Chocolate Cake Part 2 - Baking The Cake
|Bittersweet chocolate/Dark chocolate||8 Ounce, chopped|
|Butter||8 Tablespoon, salted (1 Stick)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cinnamon powder||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Spoon into the springform pan.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, until cake is set.
Remove from pan and cool completely before serving.
For garnish, dust with cinnamon, powdered sugar or top with a dollop of whipped cream and a berry.
This recipe serves 8-10 people. You can vary the recipe accordingly for smaller parties.
