Flourless Chocolate Cake Part 2 - Baking The Cake

Flour-less chocolate cake to knock you off your feet! Indulge in the rich creamy taste of dark chocolate in a flour free chocolate cake recipe. This one is sure to go into your cookbook!
  Bittersweet chocolate/Dark chocolate 8 Ounce, chopped
  Yolks 5
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 8 Tablespoon, salted (1 Stick)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Spoon into the springform pan.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, until cake is set.
Remove from pan and cool completely before serving.
For garnish, dust with cinnamon, powdered sugar or top with a dollop of whipped cream and a berry.

This recipe serves 8-10 people. You can vary the recipe accordingly for smaller parties.
