Golden Apple Cake

This is a simple and hassle free apple cake recipe using chopped and not mashed apples. If you like chunky bits of apple in your apple cake you will definitely like this. Go ahead and bake this apple cake to its golden perfection!
Ingredients
  Apples 3 Large, chopped (Approx 2.5 Cup)
  Butter 4 Ounce (0.5 Stick)
  Apple sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , cracked
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions for preparation:

• Preheat oven to 350 F.
• Mix together the apple sauce, butter and egg with a whisk or a mixer.
• Mix together the flour, cinnamon powder, baking soda, salt separately.
• Now mix the dry and moist ingredients together and add the chopped apples. Mix.
• Add the chopped walnuts. Mix well.
• Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 45, till a knife inserted comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
• Serve fresh from the oven.
