Chocolate Cake (Eggless)

Ingredients
  Condensed milk 200 Gram
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Bicarbonate of soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Self rising flour 125 Gram
  Cocoa 1 Tablespoon
  Chocolate powder 1 Tablespoon
  Melted butter/Margarine 60 Milliliter
  Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Sieve the flour, cocoa, chocolate powder, baking powder and soda bi-carb together.
Mix the condensed milk, flour, 75 ml. (2 1/2 fl. oz.) water, vanilla essence and melted butter thoroughly.
Grease and dust a 150 mm. or 175 mm. (6" or 7") diameter tin.
Pour the cake mixture into the prepared tin.
Bake in a hot oven at 400°F. for 10 minutes. Thereafter, reduce the temperature to 350 °F. and bake for a further 15 minutes. Cool the cake and divide into two horizontally.
Proceed for icing and decoration the same way as for chocolate cake using eggs, page 149.
