Giant Duck Pond Cake

Welcome to the SimpleCookingChannel. Things might get pretty simple sometimes but sometimes that's just what a person needs. I hope you like my recipe for a giant duck pond cake.

Ingredients

Cake 1
Frosting 1 Cup (16 tbs) (as needed)
Jello 250 Gram (3 packets (blue or any color))
Unflavored gelatin 10 Gram
Cold water 4 Cup (64 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. Cut the top and divide cake into two half.

2. Cover the bottom layer with frosting and pop in fridge to set.

3. Cut a hole in the center of the 2nd layer and place it on top of the bottom layer. Spread frosting all around leaving the center. Pop it back into the fridge to set.

4. In a medium to large saucepan, combine jello, gelatine, and water. Set aside for 5 minutes.

5. Place the saucepan over medium flame, stir occasionally and cook for 3-6 minutes or until crystals dissolve. Set aside to cool for 20 minutes.

6. Pour the jello mixture into the center of the cake.

SERVING

7. Decorate as desired, pop in fridge until ready to serve. Serve and enjoy!
