Mint Ice Cream Cake
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Quart|
|Angel food cake||1|
|Chocolate mint patties||8|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Pint|
Soften ice cream slightly; cut cake into 3 layers..
Chop mint patties coarsely.
Stir chopped patties and nuts into softened ice cream; spread between cake layers.
Spread top and side of cake with whipped cream.
Freeze until ready to serve.
