Carob Cake

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Pound
  Carob powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine flour and sugar and mix well. Combine butter, carob powder, and water, and bring to a boil. Pour over flour-sugar mixture and beat until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, soda, cinnamon, and milk; beat until smooth. Pour into well-greased baking pan, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Five minutes before cake is done, make frosting (below) and pour over cake as soon as it is removed from the oven.
