Chocolate Applesauce Cake

Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thick applesauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cocoa 2 Tablespoon
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
Directions

Combine margarine, sugar, applesauce, egg, and vanilla and beat until creamy. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and cocoa, and add to creamed mixture. Fold in raisins and nuts. Pour into greased pan and bake about 45 minutes, or until cake tests done. Frost with your favorite butter cream or cream cheese frosting.
