Fruit Coffee Cake

  Sliced apples 60 Ounce
  Fruit sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Biscuit mix 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned sliced apples/Sliced peaches / halved plums 60 Ounce, halved (Unsweetened)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Less If Sweetened Fruit Is Used)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened

Combine biscuit mix and 1 1/2 cups sugar in large bowl; mix well. In medium bowl beat eggs; stir in milk. Add to dry ingredients, and stir until well blended. Pour into two buttered pans. Drain fruit well; arrange evenly on top of batter. Combine 2 cups sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt; then blend or cut in butter. Sprinkle mixture over apples. Bake 20 minutes. Serve warm.
