Ingredients
  Tofu 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Melted butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whole kernel corn 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix together all the ingredients. Drop by tablespoons onto a hot, oiled griddle Fry to a golden brown on both sides.
