Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying)
  Powdered sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Twinkie 8 Ounce
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 375 degrees F.
2. Place the Twinkies in the freezer to let it get cold.

MAKING
3. In a bowl, blend together the flour, baking powder, salt.
4. Add milk, vinegar and vegetable and mix well. Pour this liquid into the flour mix and whisk well.
5. Coat the Twinkies in this batter and fry it in a 375 degree hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.
6. Coat it with some powder sugar.

SERVING
7. Serve the Twinkies with warm milk or tea.
