Poppy Seed Cake

  Lemon cake mix 18 1⁄4 Ounce
  Lemon instant pudding 3 3⁄4 Ounce
  Eggs 4
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Poppy seeds 4 Tablespoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)

Combine all ingredients, making high altitude adjustments as package directs, if necessary. Beat according to package directions. Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake about 50 minutes, or until cake tests done. Remove from oven and let stand 10 to 15 minutes; then turn out of pan onto wire rack to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
