Apple Cake

A simple, easy and delicious apple cake. A great treat, especially in the fall season.
Ingredients
  Apples 4 Cup (64 tbs) (peeled and cut)
  Granulated sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Canola oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Vanilla 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a bowl mix apples, granulated sugar, nuts, canola oil, beaten eggs and vanilla.
3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
4. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

MAKING
5. Combine apple mixture with the dry ingredients and mix well.
6. Pour batter into the baking dish.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.

SERVING
8. Serve cake with ice cream in a plate.
