Lime Gelatin Cake
|White cake mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lime gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Mint flavoring||4 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine cake mix, gelatin, mint flavoring and salad oil with 1 cup water; add egg yolks.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold egg whites into batter; pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
Mix remaining ingredients for glaze; pour over hot cake.
