Holiday Persimmon Cake

Ingredients
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Soda 2 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs), glazed
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Persimmon pulp 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Sift dry ingredients together; sift over mixture of nuts and fruits.
Mix thoroughly, separating nuts and fruits.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into bine all remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into well-greased tube pan.
Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour or until cake tests done.
