Cream 1/2 cup butter and sugar together in mixing bowl.
Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together.
Add sifted dry ingredients, oats and milk to creamed mixture alternately, blending well.
Spoon batter into 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Melt remaining butter; add brown sugar, nuts and orange juice.
Spread glaze over warm cake.
Place under broiler until bubbly.
