Easy Plum Cake
|Rising flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baby food plums jars||2|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Sift flour, salt, cloves and cinnamon together.
Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat until blended.
Beat in plums.
Add flour mixture; mix well.
Fold in nuts.
Turn batter into greased and floured tube pan or bundt pan.
Bake at 325 cegrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
