Cinnamon-Nut Pound Cake
|White cake mix||18 1⁄4 Ounce|
|Sour cream||8 Ounce|
|Butter flavored oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine cake mix, sour cream, oil and sugar; beat in eggs, one ax a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat for at least 5 minutes.
Mix pecans, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Place 1/2 of nut mixture in well-buttered and floured bundt pan; add batter.
Sprinkle remaining mixture over top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or until cake tests done.
Let cake stand for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar; pour over warm cake.
