Pineapple Cream Cake

This cake is moist and simply delicious.
Ingredients
For the cake:
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Crushed pineapple 20 Ounce, undrained
  Eggs 2
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Optional)
For the frosting:
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Confectioner' s sugar 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
Directions

MAKING:
1)Grease a 9x13 baking pan and Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2)In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, pineapple, eggs, baking soda and vanilla by hand until well blended and smooth.
3)Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350F for 35-45 minutes.
4)While cake is baking, prepare frosting by together cream cheese, butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.

SERVING:
5)When cake is cooled, top with prepared frosting, cut a slice of the cake,serve and enjoy!
