|Brown sugar||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Salad oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Sour milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rhubarb||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), diced|
|Flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Mix 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, oil, egg, milk, salt, rhubarb, soda, vanilla, flour and nuts; blend well.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Mix remaining brown sugar and butter; sprinkle over cake mixture.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
