Carob Icing For A Double Layered Cake

Ingredients
  Flour 10 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Icing sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Carob/Chocolate 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Pinch
  Margarine 8 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Cake 2 , layers
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, add the flour and water.
2) Cook till mix turns and then cool.
3) Add in all the other ingredients and mix well.
4) Spread over your choice of cake and shape accordingly.
5) Refrigerate till set.

SERVING
6) Serve chilled
