Raisin Mincemeat Cake

Ingredients
  Mincemeat 9 Ounce
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Raisins 10 Ounce
  Flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Soda 2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine mincemeat, raisins, spices, margarine, sugar and 2 1/2 cups boiling water in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Cook for 15 minutes; cool.
Add flour, soda and nuts; pour into waxed paper-lined tube pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
