|White raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sift dry ingredients.
Combine mincemeat with rai- sins, nuts, sugar, butter and rum; add to dry ingredi- ents.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour into lightly greased, floured tube pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
