Microwave Coffee Mug Chocolate Cake

You don't need to be a baker in order to make yourself a delicious moist chocolate. This recipe for Chocolate Cake in a Mug from Rocky Barragan shows you how to make a protein-loaded easy chocolate cake using your microwave oven.
Ingredients
  Chocolate whey protein 30 Gram
  Greek yogurt 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Artificial sweetener 2 Tablespoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1. Thoroughly combine the protein powder, yogurt, Truvia, baking soda and salt in a microwave safe mug.
2. Pop in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

SERVING
3. The cake will slip out of the mug very easily just use a butter knife or fork to pry it away from the sides a bit.
4. Now you can eat it as is or top it with whipped cream, berries or sugar free chocolate syrup!
